Buhari has failed Nigeria – APC pioneer, Shitu

An APC pioneer in Osun State, Amitolu Shitu, has said that President Muhammmadu Buhari has bombed in his crusade against defilement.

Shittu requested that the President sack suspended Secretary General, Babachir Lawal and the Executive Secretary of the National Health Insurance Scheme, NHIS, Usman Yusuf.

Lawal, Yusuf and others have claims of defilement leveled against them.

Shitu, who is likewise the facilitator of DeRaufs – a star Governor Rauf Aregbesola bunch – said the President had fizzled numerous Nigerians, who voted in favor of him to free the country of debasement.

He told Punch, "President Muhammadu Buhari was voted in light of his position on defilement.

"He was viewed as a man of respectability and a pioneer, who might battle defilement, which has kept Nigeria and Nigerians from creating.

"Lamentably, he has bombed in his against debasement war. He fizzled, not on the grounds that he is taking cash, but rather in light of the fact that he enabled degenerate legislators around him to capture administration from him and run the undertakings of the country with exemption.

"It isn't sufficient for the President to suspend the SGF and the NHIS manager, I trust he should sack them. Also, not just these two authorities, there are other people who were blamed for defilement. Nothing has been done against them.

"Buhari's crusade against debasement has fizzled and the rate of defilement now is so disturbing."
