Don commended President Buhari over Maina's sack

Minna – Malam Bashir Yankuzu, lecturer at the Federal University of Technology Minna, on Tuesday lauded President Mohammadu Buhari for the expulsion of Malam Abdulrashid Maina, previous leader of a presidential team, from the Federal Civil Service.

Maina, who was a Chairman of ancient Presidential Taskforce on Pension Reforms, was in 2012 blamed for annuity misrepresentation and proclaimed needed by the Economic and Financial Crime Commision (EFCC).

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Maina, an Assistant Director, purportedly slipped off from the nation in 2013 and came back to open administration as a chief.

Yankuzu told NAN in Minna that the choice would advance the administration's position on the continuous battle against defilement in the nation.

He said that greater part of Nigerians had never lost trust in the President's trustworthiness or capacity to lead the country and to battle debasement. "However, battling defilement has been recognized to be a colossal errand, what has been stressing numerous Nigerians is the moderate idea of the battle.

" He said that the Federal Government should demonstrate more political duty in the progressing battle by guaranteeing tireless arraignment of all prosecuted people.

Yankuzu, of the Department of Science Education, said that debasement on annuity matter required this the progression taken by the president.

"Because of issues identified with annuity and tip, retirement has remained a frightening word to every single government worker, particularly the fair ones and those that have no chance to serve in a lucrative division.

"The rate at which beneficiaries are passing on and getting more baffled is thoughtful that no pioneer that considerations can stand to deny doing anything that could resolve the circumstance," he said.
