17-year-old boy raping his neighbour’s 13-year-old daughter

The litigant, an optional school understudy, who lives with his folks at Iju Ishaga, a suburb of Lagos, was summoned on a check charge of assault.

The prosecutor, Sergeant Raphael Donny, told the court that the offense was submitted at some point in October at the respondent's living arrangement.

Donny said the respondent baited her into his room, assaulted her and cautioned her not to tell anybody.

He said that when the young lady started to have consistence torments and couldn't bear it any more, she disclosed to her mom

Donny included that the litigant was captured and charged to court.

The offense, the prosecutor stated, negated Section 259 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

The litigant, in any case, entered a not blameworthy request.

Boss Magistrate Folakemi Davies-Abegunde, conceded the litigant safeguard in the whole of N250,000, with two sureties in like total and suspended the case till November 22 for specify.
