Avoid Cross River state IPOB Youth cautioned herders

Biafra Nations Youth League, BNYL, has cautioned herders to avoid Cross River state.

Biafra Nations Youth League reviewed that it cautioned Fulani pioneers in Nigeria of a conceivable protection if the herders proceeded with their savage demonstrations.
