Real Estate ‎agent Michael Komolafe who allegedly stole the sum of N256,000, from a police inspector in court

 Michael Komolafe, Real Estate ‎agent, 34, who purportedly stole the total of N256,000, from a police assessor was on Tuesday, summoned under the watchful eye of an Igbosere Magistrate's Court, in Lagos.

The litigant, whose private address was not given, is confronting a 1-check charge of taking, favored against him by the police.

The prosecutor, Sergeant Cyriacus Osuji, told the court that the litigant submitted the asserted offense in some cases in December 2014.

Osuji said that the occurrence happened at Block 12, Flat 2, B3 Bar Beach Police sleeping quarters, in Victoria Island.

He said that the asserted whole, stolen by the respondent, had a place with a lady Inspector, Catherine Edebor‎.

The prosecutor said the offense carried out is culpable under Section 287 (7), of the criminal law of Lagos State 2015.

Komolafe, be that as it may, argued not blameworthy to the charge.

The Magistrate Mrs A. T Omoyele in all actuality, the respondent safeguard in the whole of N100,000, with two sureties in like aggregate.

Omoyele said that the sureties must be mindful and beneficially utilized.

She additionally expressed that the sureties must show proof of business, impose freedom to Lagos State government and have their addresses checked by the court.
