Benue killings: Governor Ortom stop seeking Buhari assistant– Falana

Famous legal advisor, Femi Falana (SAN), has prompted the Benue state Governor, Sam Ortom, to utilize his sacred powers instead of begging the federal government, to order the arrest Fulani herdsmen murdering individuals in the state.

He called the attention to that under Section 215 of the Constitution, Ortom has the power to order the Benue State Police Commissioner to capture all known criminal suspects.
