Umar Ardo, former Special Assistant to ex-Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, on Local Government and State Affairs, has said ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo will battle Abubakar should the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, field him amid the 2019 Presidential race.
