A Federal High Court in Lagos yesterday requested the brief relinquishment of Flat 7B Osborne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos to the Federal Government.

The property is said to have housed the aggregates of $43.4m in press cupboards and Ghana-must-go packs in April.

Equity Saliu Saidu issued the requests following an ex parte application started by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Before now, the counter join organization had specified the spouse of the sacked Director General (DG) of the Nigeria Intelligence Agency (NIA), Mrs. Folashade Oke, as the proprietor of the flat.

The EFCC had demanded that it discovered that Mrs. Oke made a money installment of 1.6 million dollars for the buy of the level between Aug. 25 and Sept.3, 2015.

The EFCC had assist contended that Mrs. Oke acquired the property for the sake of an organization, Chobe Ventures Ltd in which she and her child were chiefs.
