Nigeria's Alice Oluwafemiayo break world record

Nigeria's Alice Oluwafemiayo on Sunday broke the ladies' +86kg world record at the World Para Powerlifting Championships in Mexico.

Oluwafemiayo won subsequent to lifting 140kg in her initial three endeavors. In her fourth endeavor, she softened the prior world record up the classification – set by her countryman Loveline Obiji in 2014 – by lifting 145kg.
